The Hollywood Knights are on a roll! With another win, the Knights are 3 for 3 games. GO KNIGHTS! They were on a tight rope with points bouncing from the opposing team to our own. The pressure was tight at the end of the game and the Knights pulled ahead in the last few moments to win with a final score of 73 - 70 in favor of the Hollywood Knights. Power 106 kept the gym jumping and the crowd involved. Thank you Power 106 for coming and rockin' every game.

Tonight the Knights played officers of the Glendale Police Association and Glendale High School faculty to benefit the Glendale High Associated Student Body. Tonight's roster included: Teck Money (NL's Van Wilder), Arlen Escarpeta (American Dreams), Mike "The Miz" Mizanin (MTv's The Gauntlet), Wesley Jonathan (What I Like About You), Josh Henderson (One On One), Kiko Ellsworth (Port Charles), Tha Goodfellas (Power 106 DJ's), Cylk Cozart (Conspiracy Theory), Garikayi Mutambirwa (Jeepers Creepers), Bobby Edner (Spy Kids 3D) and Kyle Brandt (Days Of Our Lives). The Hollywood Knights would like to thank all of the Glendale faculty and police department. Sgt. Oscar Rodriguez, Ofc. Mark Hess, Ofc. Danny Carver, Ofc. Matt Bolton, Ofc. Joe Allen, CSO Steve Wilson, Ofc. Manny Fernandez, Ms. Gooden, Mr. Anderle, Mr. Arhanian and Mr. Gamon.

PERSONAL TALK

HK: How has the Knights experience changed your view on things?
Mr. Gamon (Glendale High Spanish teacher): It's great. It's good to see the students outside of the classroom and its good to meet with some of the police officers and the celebrities. It's a great experience for us.

DANTE & J'SON OF 3rd STOREE

HK: Why did you get involved with the Hollywood Knights?
Dante: I think it's a good program, what they do is they raise money for schools and I think that's very important because schools definatly need funds to keep it moving, to keep books in the school, computers, so forth and so on. So, anything that has to do with that I support. I have a six year old sister, so I need to make sure that the times she's in high school everything is well put.
J'son: And we like to play basketball.

HK:
What is the oddest thing a fan has ever done for you?
Dante: Well, she pulled down my pants on stage. That broke the line.
J'son: This one chick followed us city to city when we were on tour and held up a sign every show that said "Jason I'm having your baby". It ain't true, for the record, but it ain't true, but that's what she did.

HK: What is the most difficult thing you've had to overcome as a musician?
Dante: Wow, I would have to say dealing with death in the family being on the road and not being able to be with your family and get that support your depending on your group, which is like being with your family. But, having someone in your family or your friends' pass away, that is the hardest.
J'son: The business period. There's a lot of stuff about the business that you didn't know before you got in, that now you know and it's not a game. Everything is so cutthroat you wouldn't believe it. You keep moving and learn from your mistakes.

HK: Any secrets you want to share?
J'son: Don't believe anything that anybody says unless they prove it, or you see it with your own eyes. Always study up for what your trying to be in. I'm telling you, it's not a kids game, so you better hit your books, always ask questions, never be a "yes man" always ask what's going on and if this is really what you want to do don't stop no matter what.
Dante: Everything he just said.

THE MIZ

HK: What happened to Trischelle?
The Miz: She got into a biking accident. She flipped over the handle bars, rolled three times, hit her head. And, they didn't show this on TV, but we were at the place riding bikes and the guy said do you want to get some helmets and we said do we have to pay anything and he said no its free and so we took it. If we wouldn't have taken those helmets, she would've died. Even if they were like $5, we would've been like we don't need them and she would've died. So wear your helmets.

HK: Why did you get involved with the HK?
Miz: I was out at a club and Traci and Drina came up to me and said we work for this team called the Hollywood Knights, a charity team for high schools and that sort of thing. I said I'd love to do it and the next day I was on the team and have been on ever since.

HK: What's with your wrestling?
Miz: Check out www.themizareyouready.com

HK: What do you want to do besides wrestle?
Miz: That's all I wanna do. Get in a ring and entertain people. Also, I go out and do charities, I go out to colleges and speak to students about issues that face them, kind of like depression and pressure like what's on the Real World and help them out.

HK: What gets you excited before a game?
Miz: Fans. Seeing new faces, new faces, old faces, everything about it.

HK: What advice do you give to those who want to be on the Real World?
Miz: Try out. Everyone always says how do I get on, try out. Send in a tape. Try out. I was doing nothing with my life, sent in a tape and got all the calls back. Try out. People ask how I got on and just try out! If you have a connection you probably won't get it.

GREG SIFF

Photo courtesy of Barry KingHK: [For the record] who are you and what do you do?
Greg: My name is Greg Siff. I am an actor. I'm in "From Justin To Kelly", the American Idol movie with Kelly Clarkson and Justin Guarini.

HK: Why did you get involved with the Hollywood Knights?
Greg: I've been on the team before. I got involved originally because it's just so much fun coming out here and playing basketball and just hanging out. Why did I get involved with it? Michael Mirisch is just such a cool guy and I came for one game when I was on Z-games. It was like two years ago and after that I was hooked. It was just so much fun. It's huge energy. You get to meet them face-to-face and get to hear what they think about you. Even the good, the bad stuff; which is cool too. But ya I think it's a positive thing also to help out. I've seen it grow from when the Hollywood Knights began, not when it began, but I've seen what Michael's done with the team. It's amazing, it's amazing right now.

HK: How did you get started in the business?
Greg: Which business? Basketball business?
HK: Acting.
Greg: I was in high school and just started doing plays. You know when you're in school, you find what you love, and I love doing plays and stuff. I was in "Little Shop of Horrors" with my friends and then from that, one of my friends had an agent. You know what you love so I started doing that and got an agent and I'm from New York and started going on auditions and it just happens. You follow what you like. An agent is very important.

HK: How has the Hollywood Knights changed you?
Greg: Changed me? That's a good question. Well, it's made me grow. It taught me how to play basketball. I never really played. I played in high school but it taught me the rules. It changed me in that, I am from New York and I didn't know a lot of people, there we go again, I didn't know a lot of people when I came out here. The team is just like one big family. Everybody just clicks and this is the first game I've been at in a long time and I am returning and it's like I feel like back home immediately. So, it's changed me that way and it's just fun to see you guys.

HK: Who are your influences?
Greg: Influences? I love the old school guys. I love Al Pacino, I love James Dean, Paul Newman. I like Denzel Washington. Influences? My father. He's like a cool guy so any kind of cool I can pull from him.

HK: If this was your shining moment at an award show and you could thank anyone who would it be and why?
Greg: Whom would I thank? Wow, you guys just pull it all out. You got me on tape here so you're going to use it. I would to thank my mom, my dad for always…. It's a tough life to be an actor and they're behind me. It's important to have some support behind you and they're always there for me. I would thank all my friends. I would rattle off my best friends like Matthew, Andrew, & Brian. I would do all that stuff. I would thank God. I would thank everybody who ever had a dream. Who ever sat down and saw a movie before and wanted to be in a movie, and who ever wanted to do something. It's unbelievable. I swear to you everything is so possible. You just see it, write it down, write that goal down. That's one of my things; I really would love to be nominated for some kind of role, for the Oscars. Right down what you want. Right down your goals. I want this, X, Y and Z. Justin from American Idol, my friend, he was saying, "I wrote down everything I wanted." It puts you in perspective of your goals. Even if it's a greedy thing, but not greedy but like, I want a big house, I want a record contract, I want to be a doctor, I want to go into acting. So getting back to that I would go like this. I would say WOOOO! I would scream at the top of my lungs and cry my eyes out. That's what I would do.
